  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm 1st and 3rd Fridays orthodontic appointments only (Dr. Aliu). 2nd and 4th Friday for General Dentistry (Dr. Olaseinde).

Unfortunately, at this time Dr. Oguntimein will not be available to see patients. However, Dr. Castens-Hynes and Dr. Olaseinde will be available for all your dental needs.

Your health and well-being continue to be our highest priority. For your peace of mind, we have carefully planned and revised our office procedures and protocols to ensure your safety. For example, we are seeing a limited number of patients per day to allow us time to properly sterilize rooms between appointments. All public areas will be cleaned and sterilized frequently throughout the day. The additional measures we will be taking to provide a safe dental treatment experience include, but are not limited to, the following:

Before Your Arrival to the Office

  • We will send you an email or text that contains a link to forms that must be filled out prior to your appointment. This will help us limit the need for paper forms on site.
  • We ask that you have your own mask to wear during your appointment.
  • We ask you to arrange for proper transportation, if necessary. ONLY patients receiving dental care will be allowed into the office. Parents, other family members, and caretakers will be asked to wait outside when possible.

Upon Your Arrival at the Office

  • You will be screened at the office. Temperatures and oxygen levels will be checked using an infrared thermometer and a pulse oximeter. Any patients showing signs of a fever, oxygen levels that are severely decreased, or other symptoms of illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • ONLY patients will be allowed entry into the office. Parents and other family members will be asked to wait outside when possible.
  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to limit the number of people in the reception area. as we are purposefully staggering appointments.
  • Please sit in the pre-assigned waiting areas.
  • We ask that you remove any gloves that you may be wearing in order to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Use the hand sanitizer that will be placed on the counter immediately upon entry.

During Treatment

  • All rooms will be COMPLETELY sterilized before each patient is seated.
  • Our office now has high-volume air filtration and purification units. The units are capable of removing many air-borne particles, including the COVID-19 virus.
  • Our team will STRICTLY follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA, and ADA in regard to personal protective equipment (PPE) and office sterilization.
  • During patient care, goggles or face shields will be worn by everyone and changed and/or/ sterilized between patients.
  • All surfaces will be wiped with disinfectant, including the patient chair and the accessory chair where the patient placed their personal items and/or coat hanger.
  • All our instruments are treated with hospital-grade sterilization methods.

 Checking Out After Your Appointment

  • Clear panels will be in place at the front desk to protect against sneeze droplets from either side.
  • After every transaction, the checkout desk and glass will be wiped with a disinfectant.
  • We will encourage payment through a credit card when possible.
  • We are proceeding with an abundance of caution and want you to feel as confident as we do that any visit you make to our office will be a safe one.

Please continue to practice social distancing measures in common areas of the office, including the front desk. In order to limit contact, the front door and the door between the waiting area and treatment rooms will be propped open all day. There will be no physical contact with patients except for treatment.
